Chloe Smith

Grants & Programs Manager

Chloe Smith joined the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis (RAC) in the Operations Department in 2016. She has served RAC across multiple departments over the past six years and in 2021 assumed the role of Grants and Program Manager. Her focus is on grant and program administration, public art management & strategy development, and community relationship building. In her role, Chloe believes in effecting change and developing solutions through community connection and collaboration.

Previously, Chloe served as the Curatorial Assistant at Laumeier Sculpture Park, where she worked on projects including updating the public art archive, revision of copyright permissions in the museum archive, and oversight of the loan renewal process.

Chloe’s passion for the arts is evident through her commitment to serve the arts community of St. Louis. In 2017, Chloe completed hospitality training through Explore St. Louis, to support her primary motivation, working with others to achieve their goals. She most recently completed Focus St. Louis’ Emerging Leaders Program in the Fall of 2022.

Chloe earned her bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Arts Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2021.
