Financial Transparency

As a tax-exempt nonprofit and quasi-government agency, the Regional Arts Commission embraces the values of accountability and transparency as a matter of ethical leadership, as well as legal compliance.

RAC believes that transparency in all our work preserves the very-important trust the public and our employees place in our organization. Earning trust through financial transparency and accountability includes but is not limited to disclosing certain financial information to the public upon request; making financial information easily accessible for public review; and sharing key policies that guide our decision-making and operations. It also includes ensuring that Commissioners have access to up-to-date financial information to fulfill their fiduciary duty.
