I am the founder and executive director of Good Journey Development Foundation, a youth leadership and community development organization. I work with young people ages 8 to 25 focusing on life and leadership skills, and with adults who work with youth focusing on youth engagement and collective goal accomplishment. I am also a trained facilitator in the areas of peer coaching, collective change process and anti-oppression. I am a former Peace Corps volunteer and staff member, having lived and worked in Lesotho, Zimbabwe and South Africa. I graduated from Spelman College and Georgia Tech. I have a teenage daughter who has been in Good Journey programs since she was 6, and has interests in theater, writing and music. My passion is working with young people to discover the greatness that exists within them to create positivity for our world. I also love to travel, meet new people and learn about different cultures.
