This June, artists in Ballwin, Missouri will have the chance to learn new drawing techniques from award-winning colored pencil artist and author Rhonda Bartoe. Rhonda will teach students both beginner and pro how to draw realistic portraits in a 2-day workshop built around creativity and fun.
