Award Winning Artisans: Carol Morgan wine painting & Dianne Isbell fashion hats
The Lillian Yahn Gallery at the St Charles County Arts Council in O’Fallon is proud to present the award winning artisans Carol Morgan (Designs in Wine) who paints using wine, and Dianne Isbell (HATS by DI-Anne). The exhibit runs Sept 1 to Sept 30, 2021, with a reception Sunday, September 12, 1-4 pm. Meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments. Complimentary pours from Wineology Wine Lounge and Tasting Bar.
