Deaf Visual Arts Festival

The Deaf Visual Arts Festival (DVAF) will bring together children and adults who are deaf or hard of hearing, their families, and hearing community members with a shared mission of celebrating the visual arts created by deaf/hard of hearing individuals. Visual Arts include painting, photography, live performances, and comedy. This festival is an opportunity to increase awareness to the general population about deaf culture, its vibrant visual arts, and in essence a celebration of diversity, culture, and differences through visual arts.
