First Friday: Queer Revolution

Start the first Friday of the month with art, music, and culture in the Grand Center Arts District. As always, our galleries will be open one hour later than usual for some late night browsing.

This month, join us for an evening celebrating queer revolutionary action and performance. As a kickoff to LGBTQ+ Pride Month, this First Friday will include performances and a hands-on art making activity that celebrates queer legends and history makers. The evening is hosted in partnership with artist and activist Maxi Glamour. The program was designed in response to the increased infringements upon queer and trans rights, and provides a creative outlet for resistance and LGBTQ+ advocacy.
