Italian Film Festival USA of St. Louis

IFFUSA@Home Autumn Edition is a series of 9 feature films and 1 short film program presented from October 23 to November 21. All screenings are free and in Italian with English subtitles.
October 23 from 2 p.m. CDT til 2 a.m. on October 24 the film I HATE SUMMER (ODIO L’ESTATE) by Massimo Venier, Comedy, 2020, 105 min.
Aldo, Giovanni and Giacomo are leaving for summer holidays; they don’t know each other, and their lives and families could not be more different: the fussy and meticulous guy, whose business activity is however disastrous; the successful doctor struggling with a son in teenage crisis; the deadbeat hypochondriac with a dog called Brian and a passion for Massimo Ranieri. Three very distant ways of life, accidentally meeting on a small island off the Italian coast: same beach, same seaside, but especially same rented house! The clash is unavoidable and very amusing.
Links and passwords will be emailed to audience members on our email list the Thursday before the screening.
