Italian Film Festival USA of St. Louis

The Italian Film Festival USA of St. Louis presents the online program IFFUSA@Home Autumn Edition, a series of 9 feature films and 1 short film program from October 23 to November 21.
November 7 at 2 p.m. CST to 2 a.m. of November 8, the film TINTORETTO. THE ARTIST WHO KILLED PAINTING (TINTORETTO. L’ARTISTA CHE UCCISE LA PITTURA) by Erminio Perocco, Documentary, 2020, 80 min., Tintoretto‘s most important paintings give the film its narrative structure. Each topic is introduced through one of his most important works. We dive into his world through animations of maps and historical letters, illuminated by historians and curators. High-quality, cinematic reenactment in front of the golden landscape of Venice brings 16th century Italy to life.
All films are free and in Italian with English subtitles.
