“Lanterns & Lilies” by Allen Kreigshauser

“Lantern & Lilies” by Allen Kriegshauser, of Kirkwood, MO, will open at Grafica Fine Art on Friday, March 6 with an opening reception from 5 to 8 pm. The show will be open through April 3. Grafica is located in Webster Groves at 7884 Big Bend Blvd.

When you look at the artwork of Allen Kriegshauser, the first thing that you notice is the clarity of his colors – they are “pure” — absolutely mouth-watering. They can literally take your breath away. Allen sees himself as a plein air painter striving to create light through color
Allen is a member of Missouri Plein Air Painters (aka MOPAPA).

This show will feature paintings from the Missouri Botanical Garden, but will include additional works as well. Some of Allen’s MOBot paintings have sold before the paint is dry, so you’ll want to see the show early – and come back often!
