Lunch and Learn on Ragtime: The St. Louis Creation that Swept the Nation

This program combines a dynamic lecture interspersed with live music on the development and evolution of Ragtime music in St. Louis:
• Author Bruce Olson will be reading selected passages from his book That St. Louis Thing: An American Story of Roots, Rhythm and Race
• Ragtime and Jazz pianist Ptah Williams will provide musical demonstrations!
Bring a sack lunch or have food delivered to enjoy in our Lumière Place Legends Room located inside the National Blues Museum during the program!
