Join extravagantly-praised singer Marissa Mulder as she dives into the songbook of two of the most prolific and beloved songwriting duos of all time, John Lennon and Paul McCartney. Backed by savant Jon Weber on piano, you will hear each song as you never have before. Ms. Mulder’s cabaret show Tom…In his words, the songs of Tom Waits” was called “Far and away the season’s best cabaret show, everything the genre can be and almost never is” by the New York Times, and this new show promises to follow in suit.. You will hear old favorites and some lesser known gems, each song coming at you in a new way. Marissa brings us these sings with a generous spirit. allowing us to hear them in a new way. She focuses on the enduring and often tumultuous friendships and musical partnership of two of the most important songwriters of our time. The evening will feature iconic songs such as “Ticket To Ride”, “Blackbird”, “Across The Universe”, “Don’t Let Me Down,” and more!
