New Music Circle Concert: Sarah Hennies / Merche Blasco

$20 regular admission; $10 CAM members, students, or struggling music supporters. Purchase tickets at the door or newmusiccircle.org.

Composer and percussionist Sarah Hennies and interdisciplinary artist and composer Merche Blasco perform separate sets as part of a shared bill. Hennies mixes percussion performance with issues of queer- and trans-identity, love, and intimacy. Blasco seeks to embody forms of live composition in electro-acoustic music.
