The Observable Reading Series welcomes poets to Dressel’s Public House (CWE). The event will be held in the upstairs loft of the restaurant. Please note, no elevator access. Suggested $5.00 donation at the door.
March’s featured poets include Elizabeth Arnold and Alison C. Rollins:
Elizabeth Arnold is winner of an Amy Lowell scholarship and a Whiting Writer’s award, among many others. She has published five books of poetry. Her latest book, Skeleton Coast, was released this year by Flood Editions. She teaches on the MFA faculty of University of Maryland.
Alison C. Rollins was born and raised in St. Louis city. She is the second prize winner of the 2016 James H. Nash Poetry Contest and her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Poetry, River Styx, Solstice, Vinyl, and elsewhere. She is a Cave Canem Fellow and recipient of the 2016 Ruth Lilly and Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Poetry Fellowship.
