Opera on the GO!: Sensory Friendly Performance

Join Opera Theatre of Saint Louis for a fun, casual, and engaging afternoon of opera! First, learn about what goes into making an opera through interactive workshops in Singing Styles, Stage Movement, and Makeup. Then see them come to life in a 30-minute performance of Rossini’s comedic classic The Barber of Seville.

The program is recommended for families and students in grades 3–10, and it is tailored toward young people with sensory-processing sensitivities. Reservations for this event are $6 and include an electronic social story, study guide, and script. Pacing lanes and a quiet room will be provided so students can participate at their level of comfort.

Tickets are $6 and can be purchased online or by calling the box office at (314) 961-0644.
