They call it a Photo Flood. A band of amateur and professional photographers strategically immerse themselves in various St. Louis neighborhoods for a few hours at a time to capture the architecture, people and daily scenes of life. The end result is a surge of imagery that showcases the vibrant history and diverse neighborhood cultures of St. Louis.
