Pick the City UP with the Saint Louis Story Stitchers! Artists will participate in the Creepy Crawly Courthouse! A city-wide Halloween Party for the young!! Free, fun, safe!! Music, activities, prizes. Make sure the kiddos come in costume to participate in the Costume Contest! Story Stitchers show starts at 5:30 with Emeara, Ntegrity and special guest rap artist C-Sharp!
