The Flavor of St. Louis, a new film produced by Explore St. Louis in partnership with MacGillivray Freeman, explores our region’s innovative culinary landscape through the lens of some of our best chefs.
In the 30-minute film, which has been accepted into the prestigious St. Louis International Film Festival, we get into the kitchen with Nick Bognar of Indo and Sado, Michael and Tara Gallina of Take Root Hospitality and Simone Faure of La Pâtisserie Chouquette.
Through their compelling stories, the film explores what makes St. Louis one of the best and most intriguing places to eat in the nation.
During the St. Louis International Film Festival, The Flavor of St. Louis will screen at Alamo Drafthouse St. Louis on Nov. 15, as part of the shorts program titled Documenting St. Louis.
