St. Louis Small Press Expo Opening Night Kickoff Party

The St. Louis Small Press Expo is St. Louis’s premier annual indie-print showcase, bringing together self-published books, comics, zines, literary magazines, poetry, and more. The St. Louis Small Press Expo 2019 takes place Saturday, August 17.

This year, our Opening Night Kickoff Party will take place at the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis (CAM) on Friday, August 16, 6pm – 8pm, the evening before the Expo. This event will include a panel discussion with special guests Danielle Dutton and Martin Riker (Dorothy, a Publishing Project), Sarah Becan (artist, author, illustrator and designer), and Rebecca Elliott (Meekling Press), a raffle of art supplies and independent press swag, and local beer. CAM is always free and party-goers are welcome to explore the current exhibitions.
