“Symphony Reboot”

A special symphonic FREE event not to be missed! The Metropolitan Orchestra of St. Louis is proud to open its ninth season with a LIVE OUTDOOR CONCERT featuring performances by two of St. Louis’ brightest stars of classical music, world-renowned soprano CHRISTINE BREWER and the legendary conductor LEONARD SLATKIN. The concert will be an exciting array of music from Rossini to Beethoven to Mozart. Music Director/Conductor WENDY LEA also welcomes to the podium SCOTT SCHOONOVER, Artistic Director/Conductor of the Union Avenue Opera. Don’t miss this opportunity to see the incomparable CHRISTINE BREWER and LEONARD SLATKIN perform with the Metropolitan Orchestra of St Louis in an unforgettable night of LIVE FREE MUSIC!

All musicians will be seated at safe distance and wearing masks. Audience members should bring lawn chairs and sit at safe distance, except when seated with family. All are encouraged to wear masks. This is free non-ticketed event.
