The Air That Inhabits: 2023 MFA In Visual Arts Thesis Exhibition

On view at the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum until July 24, The Air That Inhabits features artworks by the current MFA in Visual Arts candidates of the Sam Fox School’s Graduate School of Art.

In the range of artistic practices and mediums on view, the MFA candidates delve into visualization connected to such themes as race, class, feminism, environmentalism and consumerism.

This year’s candidates are Alex Braden, Allena Marie Brazier, Alex Rosborough Davis, Jamie Harris, Megan Kenyon, Sharlene Lee, Jorge Rios, Anna Schenker, Seulki Seo, Samantha Slone and Karen L. Yung.
