The Joe Park Trio CD Release

The Joe Park trio is a St. Louis based swing / jazz trio led by guitarist Joe Park. They released their first album “Out of Nowhere” in 2018. Now the trio is set to release their second recording, “Let’s Get Cookin’”, an intimate and vulnerable collection of standards compiled from both live studio session recordings and live nightclub recordings from 2019. Park is one of the foremost young jazz guitarists in the midwest with a unique sound, incredible chops, and wide repertoire of songs. He draws his inspiration from the great guitarists of the 1940s and 50s such as Django Reinhardt, Les Paul, Barney Kessel, and Wes Montgomery. The Joe Park trio are: Joe Park on guitar, Guy Cantonwine on bass, Drew Weiss on drums.
