Universal Yoga with Dianna Lucas

Join local meditation and movement teacher Dianna Lucas for yoga inspired by the exhibition, “Universal Turf: Peter Manion,” which features colorful and meditative works that use strength, balance, and focus to remain aloft. Dianna will reflect on the mind/body connections between chess and yoga, followed by a yoga practice in a cozy environment. Please bring a yoga mat. This class is open to beginners and experienced yogis.

Availability is limited to 12 guests.

Dianna Lucas is based in Saint Louis and has taught movement and meditation for more than thirty years, with a belief that inner wisdom is the secret to a meaningful, beautiful life. She finds joy in working with people of all backgrounds and ages. Dianna is the founder of Grand Basin Yoga Forest Park.

$5 WCHOF members. $10 General Admission. Reservations recommended.
