Kickstart your wellness goals with yoga facilitated by certified wellness practitioner, Katie Kelly. Taking place in the museum’s main gallery, participants will learn mindful practices aimed at improving mental and physical wellbeing. Sessions will take place at 5pm and 7pm. All ages and abilities are welcome.
Participants should dress comfortably and are encouraged to bring a yoga mat. A yoga mat or chair will be provided upon request. Please note that beverages are not permitted in the gallery.
