Jess Longueville

Program Manager — Grants

Jess Longueville serves as the program manager of grants at the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis (RAC). She has a B.A. in fine arts and business administration from Spring Hill College and has served the nonprofit sector for more than eight years through a diverse background in arts administration, arts education, and social services. She has been with RAC since 2013 when she started as the executive assistant to the founding executive director. Other key roles during her history with the organization include managing the Summer Arts Administration Internship and Katherine Dunham Fellowship programs, providing administrative support to RAC’s various departments, and planning and executing special events and community engagements. In her current position, she is responsible for the management of the Program Support grant program which supports arts and culture projects and programs that occur within St. Louis City and County.

Jess loves St. Louis and is passionate about serving her community. She currently serves as the chair of internal relations for the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of St. Louis, which has a mission is to connect and cultivate the next generation of nonprofit leaders.  She also volunteers with other various nonprofits, provides support to her partner’s small business, and is a multi-disciplined artist.
