Michael Scully


Michael Scully is regional president of PNC Bank in St. Louis where he leads the local executive banking team. In addition, he represents PNC in the community and directs community engagement.

Scully has 36 years of corporate and commercial banking experience in St. Louis. He joined PNC in October 2013 from U.S. Bank, NA, and its predecessor where he served in a variety of business and commercial banking leadership roles.

Active in the St. Louis community, Scully serves as a commissioner and immediate past chair for the Regional Arts Commission of St Louis. He also holds board or leadership positions with the Regional Business Council, Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital, the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, Radio Arts Foundation, St. Louis Regional Chamber, Boy Scouts Greater St. Louis Council, United Way of Greater St. Louis, and the St. Louis Sports Commission. Previously, he served as the board chairman for the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and held board leadership positions with Forsyth School, the Churchill Center and School, and Craft Alliance Center for Art + Design.

Scully earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago with a concentration in finance and accounting. He is also a graduate of Kansas State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and graduated cum laude.

Covid-19 has impacted us all. But what it hasn’t changed is RAC’s commitment to finding innovative ways to support arts programming, arts organizations, and individual artists through the pandemic, and to resuming these programs as soon as conditions allow.
