StLouisArts.org has officially reached one million visitors only halfway through 2024, an incredible milestone for arts and culture tourism in St. Louis.
StLouisArts.org, powered by the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis (RACSTL), was launched in April of 2023 as a new initiative to bring more tourists to the region to experience the arts.
In addition to storytelling and highlighting local arts and music events, StLouisArts.org launched a new Find Your Vibe search feature in 2024 which allows tourists and locals to find arts and music events based on what they enjoy. Users can filter their search by types of experiences, places, mood and more to find the perfect event or venue.
The launch of the Find Your Vibe tool coincided with a marketing campaign directed towards drivable areas in the U.S. encouraging them to take a trip to St. Louis and use the tool to find places and events to attend in the arts.
The top 15 cities for user traffic are Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Ashburn, NC, Charlotte, St. Louis, Nashville, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Columbus, OH, Minneapolis, Denver, Detroit, Oklahoma City and Omaha.
“Reaching one million users just over halfway through the year shows that St. Louis has the potential to be one of the top arts and culture destinations in the country,” said Jason Schipkowski, communications manager for Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis. “The first iteration of the Find Your Vibe tool is only the beginning of what StLouisArts.org can do for the community.”
