REVENUE & INCOME REPLACEMENT GRANTS FOR ST. LOUIS CITY ARTISTS AND ARTS ORGANIZATIONS

The Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis (RAC), in partnership with the City of St. Louis, is providing ARPA for the Arts Revenue and Income Replacement grants funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for eligible St. Louis City artists and arts organizations. The funding provided under ARPA provides a unique opportunity for local governments to enhance financial stability and cover temporary shortfalls while economic conditions continue to normalize within the arts and culture sector.

The ARPA for the Arts Revenue and Income Replacement Grants are one-time grants to working artists and arts organizations in St. Louis City who experienced financial loss between April 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Select the appropriate section below (“For Artists” or “For Arts Organizations”) to determine your eligibility and review the grant guidelines. If eligible, please complete the application as soon as possible, between August 1 and October 15, 2023. These monies will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until the funds are depleted.
