NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL
LOOP EAST COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 2021 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Directors of the Loop East Community Improvement District, pursuant to the Missouri Community Improvement District Act, Sections 67.1401 through 67.1571 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended (the “CID Act”), will hold a virtual meeting at the date, time, and place set forth below.

In light of the current public health crisis and related emergency declarations, the Board recognizes that it could be dangerous and impractical for its meetings to be physically accessible to the public in accordance with the County’s current Social Distancing requirements. The Board also recognizes the need for the public’s business to be attended to. To balance both, and in accordance with Sec. 610.020 RSMo., this meeting will not be open to in-person attendance but rather accessible by the public in real time ONLY by a video/teleconference via “Zoom” Click on or type into your internet browser the following web-link to join the meeting:

    6. Consideration of Resolution No. 2021-04: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF AN ANNUAL REPORT WITH THE CITY CLERK/REGISTER OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, THE MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND THE MISSOURI STATE AUDITOR; AND PROVIDING FURTHER AUTHORITY.

CERTIFICATE REGARDING NOTICE OF MEETING

I, John Russell, Chair of the Loop East Community Improvement District (the “District”), hereby state and certify that the attached notice of the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors of the District was (1) posted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting on a bulletin board or other prominent place at the Regional Arts Commission, 6128 Delmar Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63112, the principal office of the District, and posted on the Regional Arts Commission website, which is easily accessible to the public and clearly designated for posting notices, (2) made available at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the commencement of the meeting to any representative of the news media who requested notice of such meeting, and (3) delivered personally, by mail, by electronic mail, or by fax to each Director at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting, as provided by sections 67.1404 through 67.1571 and Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended and as provided in the Bylaws of the District.
