Rosalind “Roz” Johnson is Sr. VP, Chief People Officer for Build a Bear Workshop in St Louis. She is a highly accomplished executive with specialty and department store experience in operations, profit and loss management, and strategic business planning with a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth through people, product and process.
Additionally, she has held the position of director of major gifts at COCA and has served on the boards of John Burroughs School, New City School, and the American Eagle Outfitters Foundation.
