The sculpture pulls the viewer toward the Center of Clayton with a work that is dynamic and whimsical. Compositional elements include a spun aluminum cone, a pinwheel suggesting motion and playfulness, and a series of aluminum and fiberglass drapes or skirts that seem to flutter, reflecting the energy from within the building.
