In Conversation: Michael Allen and Robert Green

Join exhibition curator Michael Allen and artist Robert Green for a special conversation about salvage and community preservation. Relating to the fall exhibition Urban Archaeology: Lost Buildings of St. Louis, the pair will discuss the close relationship between their salvage practices and community activism, as well as Green’s ongoing artistic reclamation of historical artifacts honoring the city’s African and African-American cultures.

Green is an artist and activist based in St. Louis, MO. He is the owner of Rudo Studio, located at 2205 St. Louis Avenue in North St. Louis.
