Story Hour with Chana Stiefel: The Tower of Life

Join the Museum for our Story Hour in which we engage young learners in topics of the Holocaust, antisemitism, bullying and how to be an active ally.

This Story Hour will feature “The Tower of Life”, an award-winning picture book biography of Yaffa Eliach, a Holocaust survivor and historian who dedicated her life to rebuilding her Polish shtetl in stories and photographs, creating a central exhibit at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC.. The book will be read by Chana Stiefel, Author of “The Tower of Life”.

Following the book reading, participants will engage in a meaningful craft activity to further their understanding of how to stand up for others.
