The Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis (RACSTL) is excited to launch a new initiative this summer to raise money to support local artists, arts programs, and arts organizations—the RACSTL 50/50 Raffle! The raffle is a fun, engaging way for people to help RACSTL raise money and win money at the same time.
