Sculpt + Flow Yoga at The Sheldon with Instructor Lucy Short

Join us for a fun-filled morning with an outdoor Sculpt + Flow class at the Sheldon led by YogaSix St. Louis. Just bring your mat and a friend! Yoga flow, body weighted exercises, cardio bursts will kick your summer Saturday off right! Stick around afterwards to play a round of artist designed mini-golf in the Golf the Galleries exhibition. Meet us on the plaza, the west side of the building. Alternate plans are in place for inclement weather, so join us, rain or shine!
