Purpose

The primary function of the Finance Committee is to oversee the current and longterm financial health of the organization.

Duties

Selection of auditors and review of audit
Review of budget
Review of compensation
Review of insurance
Quarterly review of financial statements
Investment policy and procedure manual-monitoring and oversight
Accounting policy and procedure manual-monitoring and oversight
Long-term projections

The full Finance Committee will meet at least 4 times per year. This does not include any meetings that the President & CEO may have with the Committee Chair and others.
