Bicycle racks are located throughout the city that are part of the BoomerRacks program of St. Louis ArtWorks. Since 2008, the program has allowed young apprentice artists to work with local artists in recycling bike parts into bike racks. The racks can be found in front of the Regional Arts Commission, in Soulard Market, on the Riverfront Trail, and in many other locations.
