Evolving Door — M Shawn Cornell Retrospective

Join us for the opening reception celebrating the many talents of M Shawn Cornell on Friday, September 6 from 6–8pm. Primarily known as a plein air painter who completes his work 100% in the field, Shawn’ talent doesn’t stop there. From graphic design, to painting, to pottery, to print, to found object construction, Shawn Cornell has walked through many doors, trying on many creative hats of evolving interests. This exhibit will present a look at the many disciplines Shawn has used and reveal some surprises. This retrospective runs through October 6, 2024. The Galleries at Heartland Art Club, located in downtown Kirkwood, is free and open to the public Wednesday through Saturday, noon to 5pm.
