NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Directors of the Loop East Community Improvement District, pursuant to the Missouri Community Improvement District ACT, Sections 67.1401 through 67.1571 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended (the “CID Act”), will hold a meeting.  Members of the public may observe and attend the meeting at 6128 Delmar Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri on April 11, 2019 at 7:30am.
