Chloe Smith

Grants & Programs Manager

Chloe Smith is an arts administrator, organizer and public art enthusiast based in St. Louis, MO. Currently Chloe is the Grants and Programs Manager at the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis (RAC).

Her primary focus is on grant and program administration, public art management & strategy development, and supporting artists. In her role, Chloe is motivated to develop streamlined grant applications, artist friendly processes, and policies and programs informed by community and artist input.

Previously, she was the Curatorial Assistant at Laumeier Sculpture Park, where she worked on projects including updating the public art archive, revision of copyright permissions in the museum archive, and oversight of the loan renewal process.

Chloe completed Explore St. Louis, Hospitality Training in 2017 and the Focus St. Louis’ Emerging Leaders Program in the Fall of 2022. She received a certificate in Public Art & Pedagogy from Duke University- Coursra in 2023.

Chloe holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Arts Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
