Mysterious Monarch

About
Mysterious Monarch is perhaps the most stunning of Cassilly’s concrete sculptures. The resting butterfly resembles his concrete turtles in Turtle Park because of its playfulness and inviting nature. The wings extend high into the sky, magnifying this usually tiny creature to the proportions of a small building.
