Archie Held
Artist Bio: b. 1955
Archie Held was born in Palo Alto, California and has been creating metal sculptures since the 1970’s. He worked on his undergraduate degree at UCLA in painting, sculpture and graphic arts from 1975 to 1979. He continued at UCLA working on his Master’s degree in sculpture. He is the winner of the Jim Marcelius Memorial Scholarship Award for Sculpture 1980.
